- Toast the slice of bread until golden brown.
- Top the toasted bread with the scrambled egg mixture and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Optional: Place the toast under a broiler for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese further.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, slice, and serve hot.
