
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and thinly slice the potato and tomato.

- Layer the potato slices, tomato slices, and cheese sauce in a baking dish.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese sauce on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
