Steps

1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. 3. Add the drained tuna to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes. 4. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and drizzle with soy sauce. Stir-fry together for 2 minutes. 5. Lower the heat and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the pasta mixture. 6. Cover the pan and let the cheese melt for 2-3 minutes. 7. Stir gently to combine melted cheese with pasta and tuna. 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 9. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
