Spicy Miso Teriyaki Peanut Butter Noodles

A fusion Asian-inspired noodle dish combining the rich umami of miso and teriyaki with a spicy kick from sriracha and chili powder. Creamy peanut butter and sesame oil add depth, topped with a fried egg, nori, and melty cheese for a satisfying meal.

Steps

1. In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, miso paste, sriracha, chili powder, peanut butter, and stock broth until smooth. 2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. 3. Add the sauce mixture to the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. 4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss well to coat the noodles evenly with the sauce. 5. In a separate non-stick skillet, fry the egg sunny side up, seasoning with a pinch of salt and pepper. 6. Plate the sauced noodles, sprinkle grated cheese on top while hot to allow slight melting. 7. Place the fried egg on the noodles. 8. Garnish with sliced nori sheets. 9. Serve immediately and enjoy the blend of spicy, savory, and nutty flavors.
