Steps
1. Season the pork chop with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the pork chop and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
4. Remove the pork chop from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
6. Stir in honey and soy sauce, cooking for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
7. Return the pork chop to the skillet, coating it with the glaze.
8. In a separate pan, quickly sauté mixed vegetables with a pinch of salt until tender-crisp.
9. Serve the glazed pork chop with sautéed vegetables, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
