Steps
1. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and diced onion, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add sliced chicken, cook until no longer pink.
4. Push the chicken to one side of the pan, crack eggs into the empty side.
5. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix with the chicken.
6. Add shredded cabbage and chopped tomato, stir well.
7. Season with salt, pepper, and a splash of soy sauce.
8. Cook for a few more minutes until the cabbage is tender.
9. Serve hot and enjoy!
