Seared Pork Tenderloin with Caramelized Peaches

Steps

1. Season the pork tenderloin medallion with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Sear the pork for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through; remove and keep warm. 4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. 5. Add minced garlic and sliced peaches; cook for 3-4 minutes until peaches start to soften. 6. Drizzle honey over the peaches and continue cooking for 2 more minutes until caramelized. 7. Return pork to the skillet for 1 minute to warm through and absorb flavors. 8. Plate the pork and top with caramelized peaches. 9. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and serve immediately.
