Steps
1. In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, carrot, and celery, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the diced chicken breast to the pot and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Pour in the chicken soup or broth and bring to a boil.
4. Once boiling, add the noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
