Steps
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic, stirring for 3 minutes.
3. Add the chicken and cook for 15 minutes.
4. Add the celery, chili powder, cumin and salt. Cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Add the tomato paste and 1-2 tablespoons of water. Cook for 7-10 minutes.
6. Add the parsley and cooked rice. Mix and serve with salad and guacamole.
