
Steps
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Place salmon filets on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle garlic powder and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 12 – 14 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
- Toast the brioche bun.
- Assemble your burger by topping the prepared bun with the salmon patty, grated cheese, and onion jam.
- Serve and enjoy!
