Steps
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the cubed chicken and cook until golden brown on all sides.
3. Add the broccoli, carrots, and bread crumbs to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
4. Push the veggies to one side of the skillet and scramble the egg in the empty side.
5. Mix together all of the ingredients in the skillet for about 1 minute.
6. Serve the stir-fry as is or over rice or noodles.
