
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the cubed chicken and cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Add the broccoli, carrots, and bread crumbs to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
- Push the veggies to one side of the skillet and scramble the egg in the empty side.
- Mix together all of the ingredients in the skillet for about 1 minute.
- Serve the stir-fry as is or over rice or noodles.
