
Steps
- Preheat the grill.
- Brush mackerel fillet with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for about 8 minutes until cooked through.
- Grill the corn for about 5 minutes, turning to heat evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, olive oil, and a pinch of pepper.
- Place mackerel on a plate with the grilled corn. Drizzle the soy glaze on top.
