Grilled Mackerel with Soy Corn

1. Preheat the grill. 2. Brush mackerel fillet with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for about 8 minutes until cooked through. 3. Grill the corn for about 5 minutes, turning to heat evenly. 4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, olive oil, and a pinch of pepper. 5. Place mackerel on a plate with the grilled corn. Drizzle the soy glaze on top. 6. Enjoy!
