Steps
1. Heat a large frying pan with sesame oil on medium heat.
2. When the pan is hot, add the tofu cubes and cook until golden.
3. Add the carrots and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
4. Add the scallions and sprouts and cook for another 3 minutes.
5. Add the cooked rice and the soy sauce and stir for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
