Steps
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
2. Add cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.
5. Spoon the mousse into a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
6. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh berries if desired.
