Steps
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate protein powder, rolled oats, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt.
2. In another bowl, mix together the honey (or agave), applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well until fully combined.
4. Line a small baking dish or tray with parchment paper and transfer the mixture into it, pressing down evenly.
5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
6. Once set, cut into bars and enjoy your delicious chocolate protein bars!
