Steps
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut powder, and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the honey (or maple syrup), almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
4. Line a small dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the dish to form an even layer.
5. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
6. Once set, cut into bars and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
