
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut powder, and salt.
- Add the almond milk and honey (if using) to the dry ingredients, and mix until everything is well combined.
- If the mixture is too dry, add a little more almond milk. If it's too wet, add a bit more oats.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips if using.
- Press the mixture firmly into a small rectangular dish lined with parchment paper.
- Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Once set, remove from the dish and cut into bars.
- Enjoy your homemade protein bars, either chilled or at room temperature!
