1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut powder, and salt. 2. Add the almond milk and honey (if using) to the dry ingredients, and mix until everything is well combined. 3. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more almond milk. If it's too wet, add a bit more oats. 4. Fold in the dark chocolate chips if using. 5. Press the mixture firmly into a small rectangular dish lined with parchment paper. 6. Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set. 7. Once set, remove from the dish and cut into bars. 8. Enjoy your homemade protein bars, either chilled or at room temperature!
