Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken strips and cook until they are browned and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the bell peppers, mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chocolate syrup. Stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
