A unique and indulgent twist on a classic stir-fry dish, combining the rich flavors of chocolate with savory chicken and vegetables.

Steps

1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Add the chicken strips and cook until they are browned and cooked through. 4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. 5. In the same skillet, add the bell peppers, mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender. 6. Return the chicken to the skillet and add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chocolate syrup. Stir well to combine. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly. 9. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
