Grilled Corn with Chili Lime Butter

Steps

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. 2. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, chili powder, lime zest, lime juice, and salt. Mix well. 3. Peel back the husks of the corn, leaving them attached at the base. Remove the silk strands. 4. Spread the chili lime butter evenly over the corn. 5. Pull the husks back up to cover the corn and secure with kitchen twine. 6. Grill the corn for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and lightly charred. 7. Remove the husks and serve the grilled corn hot.
