Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, mix brewed coffee, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the chicken thigh in a baking dish and pour the coffee mixture over it, ensuring the chicken is well coated.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
5. Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
6. Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley before enjoying your meal.
