Coffee-Marinated Steak

Steps

1. In a bowl, combine brewed coffee, soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, black pepper, and salt. Stir well. 2. Place the steak in a shallow dish and pour the coffee marinade over it. Make sure the steak is fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight for better flavor. 3. Heat olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Place the steak in the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. 4. Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
