Steps

1. Season the trout fillet with salt and pepper on both sides. 2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. 3. Add the trout fillet to the skillet, skin side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden brown. 4. Flip the fillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until cooked through. 5. Remove the trout from the skillet and set aside. 6. In the same skillet, add the lemon juice and minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. 7. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. 8. Pour the lemon butter sauce over the cooked trout fillet. 9. Serve hot and enjoy!
