Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan. 2. In a bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 3. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. 7. Let cool before serving.
