Steps
1. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken thighs and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
6. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
7. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce.
8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
