Steps
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet.
3. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.
7. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens.
8. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce.
9. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
