Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then place it in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken breast and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
4. Once cooked, remove from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
5. Serve the sliced chicken garnished with chopped green onions, drizzled with any remaining sauce from the pan.
