Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the sauce.
2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate in the yogurt mixture for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken for about 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.
4. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the salad by combining cherry tomatoes and diced cucumber in a bowl.
5. Once the chicken is done, assemble your bowl with the cooked chicken on top of the salad.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and a drizzle of any remaining yogurt sauce if desired.
