
Steps
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly thickened.
- Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated in the creamy sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
