Steps

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. 3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly thickened. 4. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated in the creamy sauce. 6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
