Steps
1. Season the chicken breast and salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the diced onions and cook until translucent.
4. Push the onions to one side of the skillet and add the chicken breast. Cook for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
6. In the same skillet, add the salmon fillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until it flakes easily with a fork.
7. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
8. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the butter and onion sauce.
9. Slice the cooked chicken and flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
10. Add the chicken and salmon to the skillet with the pasta and gently stir to combine.
11. Serve hot and enjoy!
