Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the pan and sauté together with the pork until the tomatoes soften. 4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. 5. Add the cooked spaghetti and stir well to combine all ingredients. 6. Season with salt, pepper, and optional herbs or chili flakes to taste. 7. Mix everything thoroughly and remove from heat. 8.
