Fresh Veggie and Cream Cheese Rolls

A light and refreshing appetizer featuring thinly sliced cucumber and sweet pepper, grated carrot, and a creamy herb-infused cheese filling. Perfect as a healthy snack or starter.

Steps

1. Wash the carrot, cucumber, and sweet bell pepper thoroughly. 2. Grate the carrot using a coarse grater and set aside. 3. Slice the cucumber and sweet pepper into thin strips. 4. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth. 5. Lay the cucumber and sweet pepper strips on a baking paper or plate. 6. Place a small amount of grated carrot on each strip. 7. Spread a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the carrot. 8. Carefully roll the vegetable strips into tight rolls. 9. Arrange the rolls on a serving dish and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
