Steps
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
3. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
4. Stir in the cream cheese until melted and well combined, then add the cooked pasta to the pan. Toss everything together.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve warm.
6. Top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
