Steps

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente. 2. While the pasta is cooking, drain the canned tuna and place it in a mixing bowl. 3. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl with tuna, mixing well to combine. 4. Once the pasta is cooked, reserve a small cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta. 5. Add the hot pasta to the bowl with the tuna mixture, tossing to coat. If the mixture is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water to achieve your desired consistency. 6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
