Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, parsley, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the trout fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin-side down.
4. Spread the herb mixture evenly over the top of the trout.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
6. While the trout is baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
7. Add the lemon juice to the butter and stir for 1-2 minutes until combined.
8. Once the trout is done, plate it and drizzle the lemon butter sauce on top.
9. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
