Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the flour, egg, parsley, paprika, baking powder, salt and pepper.
2. Add the bacon cubes and mix everything together.
3. Grease a large frying pan with olive oil.
4. Place scoops of the mixture onto the pan and spread it evenly.
5. Fry the fritters on mediun-high heat for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Serve hot.
