Steps
1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, shredded cheese, and ketchup until ingredients are evenly mixed.
3. Pour egg mixture into pan and cook until egg is nearly set, around 3 to 4 minutes.
4. Flip omelette and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Place omelette on a plate, slice into wedges and enjoy!
