Steps
1. Score the duck breast skin in a crisscross pattern and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the duck breast, skin side down, until golden and crispy.
3. Flip the duck breast and cook to your desired doneness. Remove from pan and let it rest.
4. In the same pan, add honey, orange zest, orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Simmer until the glaze thickens.
5. Slice the duck breast, drizzle with the orange glaze, and garnish with chopped green onions.
