Steps
1. Preheat grill over high heat.
2. Rub salmon with olive oil, salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Place the salmon on the preheated grill, skin-side down. Grill for 7-8 minutes, until lightly golden and crispy.
4. Flip salmon to the other side and grill for 5-6 minutes, until desired doneness.
5. Sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.
