Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F 2. Combine olive oil, bell pepper, onion, asparagus, garlic, and salt & pepper in a bowl 3. Place vegetables in the center of a piece of aluminum foil 4. Wrap the foil around the vegetables, making sure it is tightly sealed 5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes 6. Enjoy!
