Crispy Mushroom with Wine

This dish is a new take on the classic mushroom recipe, with some added sophistication thanks to its use of white wine.

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and cut them into thick slices. 3. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 4. Place the mushroom slices in a medium-sized bowl and coat with the olive oil. 5. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the mushrooms. 6. Transfer the mushrooms to a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. 8. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and add white wine to the mushrooms. 9. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes. 10. Serve with your desired side dish and enjoy!
