Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a shallow bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dip the chicken breast in the olive oil, ensuring it's well-coated.
Then, dredge the chicken in the Parmesan mixture, pressing down to ensure it adheres well.
Place the coated chicken breast on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
