Steps
1. Pound the chicken breast to an even thickness.
2. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Dip the chicken breast in pickle brine, then coat it in the flour mixture.
4. Press breadcrumbs onto both sides of the chicken breast.
5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
6. Cook the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
