Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Wash and peel the sweet potato, then cut it into even sticks about 1/4 inch thick.
3. In a bowl, toss the sweet potato sticks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
4. Arrange the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they don’t overlap.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden and crispy.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
