Steps
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a food processor, pulse the cereal until finely crushed.
3. In a shallow bowl, combine the crushed cereal, flour, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
4. Dip the chicken breast into the beaten egg, then coat it with the cereal mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
5. Heat the vegetable oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
6. Add the coated chicken breast to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
8. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
