Steps
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
2. Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more maple syrup.
5. Spoon the mousse into a serving bowl or glass.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
7. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings before serving.
