Steps
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
2. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if desired.
5. Spoon the mousse into a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
6. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh berries if desired.
