Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
3. Stir in the vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and graham cracker crumbs.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
7. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden and the centers are soft.
9. Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
