Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
2. Add the chicken breast to the marinade and coat it well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight in the fridge for more flavor).
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken.
4. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown.
5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
6. Serve the sliced chicken over cooked rice or quinoa, drizzled with any remaining yogurt marinade, and garnish with fresh coriander.
