Steps
1. Halve the cherry tomatoes and mince the garlic.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
4. Toss in cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
7. Reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
8. Add cooked pasta to the pan with tomatoes.
9. Tear fresh basil leaves and add to the pasta.
10. If needed, add some reserved pasta water to create a light sauce.
11. Serve hot and enjoy!
