Steps
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add onions and potatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add all the spices and mix to combine.
5. Pour in the eggs and scramble with a spoon for 2-3 minutes.
6. Cook for a few more minutes until the eggs are cooked through.
7. Serve hot with chapati or paratha.
